Low-protein diet. Since massive protein will increase the burden of failed kidneys, patients can take some high-quality protein, for example, egg white, lean meat, milk, and so on.
Lupus nephritis patients should also take some moderate physical exercises, such as, yoga, Tai Chi, walking and jogging, some intense activities should be avoided.
